How to apply
Four steps, one quotation form
Step 1
Fill out the application form
Please download the Student Support Program Application Form and fill out pages 2 and 3 following the instructions on page 1.
Step 2
Scan your student ID
Please prepare a color scanned copy of your student ID. If the expiration date is written on the back, please make a copy of both sides.
Step 3
Prepare the title page
Please provide a title page with all author names.
Step 4
Submit all three items
Please submit the following three items at the same time via the quotation form: the manuscript file (including all author names on the title page), the completed application form and a copy of your student ID.
Points to note
Before you apply
- English editing only. This discount applies only to English editing services. The discount does not apply to the Light Editing Service, the 365 Editing Service, the Revised Manuscript Service, or requests for partial editing of a manuscript.
- No express service. Express service is not available.
- Author information. Please include author information on the title page of your manuscript as this will be required for review.
- Review results. The results of the review will be communicated to you along with a quote.
- One form per request. A program application form is required for each request.
- Submitted by the student. Requests for quotes and applications must be submitted by the student themselves.
- Public expense. Payment can also be made at public expense.
