Re-editing policy
Re-editing is available throughout the year. If revisions or additions exceed 20% of the total text—additional charges will apply.
Partial proofreading is not accepted; changes will be verified against the previously delivered file.
After a substantial rewrite, the manuscript may need to be handled as a new order rather than a re-edit.
Programme eligibility
Editing 365 cannot be used under a Laboratory Support Program account in this case, order the service using your own
name.
This service is not applicable to Student Assistance
Programmes.
billing and invoicing
Invoices are issued after the one-week re-proofreading period following the initial delivery. Any additional charges during the 365-day support period will be invoiced accordingly, in the same format as the initial invoice.
Optional services and fees
Optional services are billed separately.
Each time you request a re-edit, the fee for any additional service ordered at that time will be charged.

Send the updated manuscript as a new quote request and note that it is for Editing 365. Your revised manuscript will be sent to the original editor.

Yes — that is the point of the tier. The editor who did the first pass keeps the manuscript through every round, so the voice of the paper stays consistent instead of shifting with each new reader.
We compare the file you send back against the one we delivered. If more than a fifth of the text is new or rewritten, that part is charged at 19.25 円 per word — the year covers re-editing, not writing a second paper.
Send it as a new quote request and note that it is for Editing 365. It goes to your editor rather than into the general queue, and you get the delivery date in JST before the work starts.

Yes. The Native Check Certificate names the document and states that it was edited by a native English speaker; on this tier it is included at no extra charge.
