- Author’s responsibility for corrections. You are responsible for making any required corrections or formatting adjustments to ensure compliance with journal regulations.
- Information confirmation. Our staff may contact you to verify submission details. Please provide the necessary information promptly when requested.
- Submission timeline. Completing your manuscript may require multiple rounds of confirmation, so this service may not be suitable for urgent submissions.
- Additional charges. Depending on the number of exchanges and time required, additional fees may apply.
- Quality check requirement. Submissions cannot proceed until the assigned proofreader confirms that your manuscript meets submission standards.
- Third-party submission restrictions. If the target journal prohibits third-party submissions, this service cannot be provided.
