What the certificate does, and what it does not
- Submission and publication. Submission to a journal is your responsibility; Forte cannot guarantee publication.
- What the certificate confirms. The Native Proofreading Certificate confirms that Forte has proofread your manuscript, but it does not guarantee English quality or acceptance.
- Revisions after delivery. If you make further revisions after delivery and submit without re-editing, your manuscript may still receive feedback on language.
- Re-editing before submission. We strongly recommend using our re-editing service before submission to ensure your work is polished and ready.
- Free re-proofreading. You can request one free re-proofreading for English proofreading and unlimited free re-proofreads for Japanese-to-English translations before submission.
